• What do I do if I forgot my password?
Go to the Login Screen. Check the box next to "Forgot Password?..." and type in an ia valid address into the email entry field blank. Press OK. You are presented with a pop up window with message: "Your password will be emailed to the specified address". Press OK and go back to the Login screen. Check the email inbox assigned to the address you registered with for your password.
• How do I send a file?
From the Home Screen select Menu and then. Chose the Browse Files option, You are directed to the Select a File screen. Select a file to send by double clicking the file name in the explorer view. You are now directed back to the Send a File screen. Now the file selected should be auto populated in the File to Send field. From here you can chose to enter in the information needed to send the file or chose the info from your contact list.
• How do I get a file?
From the home screen press the Menu option. Select the Get File option. You should be directed to the Get Files screen. Select a file and select the save command. You are now taken to the Select a Directory Screen. Chose a location to save your files. Click the box to select the command to Download All. Select the save command. You will see a pop up confirmation message that is entitled mTools and reads: "File transferred successfully."
• How do I sync my files?
Uploading: Check the Transfer Contacts, Tasks, Appointments or Files box and press the Direction command. Select Upload. You are given a pop up window entitled: Progress with a progress bar and a status reading: "Uploading Contacts…(insert file name)" Once the itemss have been uploaded you will see a pop up window entitled: mTools. The message reads: "All requested items uploaded successfully.". Press the ok option and the you are taken back to the Sync Screen.
Downloading: Check the Transfer files box and select the Direction command. Select Download.
